About Me
Trish is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with a Bachelor of Counselling (B.Couns) and specialised training in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) from Behavioral Tech. She holds Comprehensive DBT training certificates in both adult focused treatment and DBT for adolescdents and caregivers. Trish is a clinical member of the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA), and her qualifications are verified by Psychology Today, reflecting her commitment to providing high-quality, evidence-based therapy.

My Approach
I understand that each client is different so I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches to meet the unique needs and concerns that each client brings to therapy.

I have a particular interest in supporting individuals who are navigating the emotional, social and life challenges often associated with Borderline personality Disorder, among other presentations. My focus is on helping people manage emotional dysregulation, improve attention and presence, reduce impulsive behaviours and enhance interpersonal skills - support that can benefit anyone facing difficulties in these areas.

A 60 min counselling session costs $140 inclusive of GST.

​Clients can​ claim rebates for clinical counselling through extras cover with their private health insurance: Australia Heath Funds Group (AHFG), AHM, Bupa, HBF, HCF and Medibank.
